	Mabel KWAN Managing Director, Alton Aviation Consultancy Mabel has an accomplished track record with over 20 years of experience in planning and investment in the travel industry. During her career, she was involved in the investment, asset management and divestment of several aviation companies. She specializes in advising clients on business strategy, investments, and PPPs, particularly in airports. Prior to Alton, Mabel was Managing Director of Investments at Changi Airports International where she spearheaded development of a fund management business and led teams to win airport concessions in the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Mabel was formerly Director of Development at Hilton Worldwide and Associate Director of Investments at Temasek Holdings, responsible for the aviation portfolio. She initiated her career as company planner with Singapore Airlines.
