A fitting tribute to John Portman, the world-class Architect who first designed the iconic building housing the hotel, recognising the timeless, cathedral-like atrium of the welcome space. During the day, Portman’s Bar serves garden-inspired afternoon tea in a picnic basket and gourmet coffee. In the evening, it transforms into a whisky and cocktail bar, with over 90 varieties of international whiskies, while resident Mixologists spin handcraft cocktails and mocktails using fresh herbs and edible flowers from the Urban Farm.
