Aviation and Aerospace Technology Innovation on Full Display at Singapore Airshow 2018

SINGAPORE, 6 February 2018 – Singapore Airshow 2018, Asia’s largest and one of the most important aerospace and defence exhibitions in the world, officially opened its doors at this morning’s ribbon cutting ceremony presided over by Mr Khaw Boon Wan, Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Minister for Transport and Dr Ng Eng Hen, Minister for Defence.

Singapore Airshow 2018 will focus on the latest technology innovation trends including cybersecurity, autonomous technology, unmanned aerial vehicles and smart technologies will take centre stage at this year’s event. Some 1,062 companies from 50 countries & regions will be showcasing their latest products and innovations to close to 50,000 trade visitors from 150 countries and regions who are expected to attend this year’s event.
